This week we would like you to include the following sentence in your story:
If he had only remembered the chicken, then this never would have happened.
Good luck writers!
What a term of awesome 100 Word Challenges it has been. We have been so impressed with the quality of the entries and each week they are just getting better!
With the holidays coming up we are going into "special edition" mode. The upcoming challenge is not to write a 100 word story but instead to take and then send us a photo of your holiday. It could be a photo of just yourself, you with your friends, or with your family. Whatever it is, the only rule is it must be a picture taken these holidays of you having fun!
Email your photo by clicking the link below. We will publish them here so all can see just how much fun you are having these holidays. Like every other challenge, there will be prizes. These will be awarded for most artistic, funniest, most interesting and one for the most people in one shot. We will announce the winners on Wednesday at the first Team Singing for Term 2. Good luck everyone and happy holidays!
Some terrific stories last week! Some super ideas.
This week we are going to do something we have never done before. We would like you to write 100 words about anything you like. No suggestions, no help, no leading words - 100 words about anything you want. Good luck.
Another great week of stories. Some really interesting interpretations of the video. A super effort all round.
This week we have a picture of a duck living the dream. Check it out and then write 100 words to fit it
It was great to see so many people entering for this week's challenge! There were winners and so, in first place, was Izak. Tied for second was Natasha and Daisy and in third place was Kim and Christine! Well done to everyone who entered.
This week we have a video about a mystery object found on the ocean floor. What is it? How did it get there? How big is it? Is it new or ancient? What is it's purpose? Who 'made' it? All questions that might help you with your stories this week. Check it out and then write 100 amazing words about it. We really look forward to seeing just what you come up with!
A great week of stories. Some really clever ideas! The winners were, in third place Weeam. In second place Isaac, Xavier and Natasha. And in first place... Jenny! Well done to them and everyone who entered!
This week we are mixing it up and we are giving you the choice of two pictures. So have a look at the two below and choose one to write about. Make sure you write either Picture A or B by your name so we know which one you are writing about (especially if you go all postmodern on us)
